STAGE DE RENTREE

Le stage de rentrée aura lieu le vendredi 18 septembre à 18 heures et finira le samedi 19 septembre à 18 heures, à Varambon

PROGRAMME :

18/09 :

18 heures : accueil puis entrainement

20 heures : douche

20 heures 30 : repas ( quiche, pizza, pates,blanquette de veau, fromage, yaourt)

23 heures : coucher

19/09 :

8 heures : réveil

8 heures 30 : déjeuner

9 heures : entrainement

11 heures : douche

11 heures 30 : repas (charcuterie, petits pois, poulet, fromage, fruit)

13 heures 30 : CPS arbitrage

17 heures : match amical contre Beaurepaire.
